1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Kidolino mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.

2. Description of Service

Kidolino is an educational mobile application designed for children ages 1-6. The App provides interactive learning experiences covering:

  • Alphabet recognition and phonics
  • Numbers and counting
  • Colors identification
  • Shapes recognition
  • Emotions and social skills
  • Animals and nature
  • Astronomy and space exploration
  • And more educational content

The App is available on iOS App Store and Google Play Store.

3. User Eligibility

  • The App is designed for children ages 1-6
  • Children must use the App under parental or guardian supervision
  • Parents and guardians are responsible for their children's use of the App
  • By allowing your child to use the App, you agree to these Terms on their behalf

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App offers premium content through subscriptions:

  • Subscription Options: Monthly and Yearly plans (prices are managed by Apple App Store and Google Play Store)
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Management: Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings
  • Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies
  • Free Trial: A free trial period may be offered; unused portions are forfeited upon subscription purchase

Account & Subscription Sharing

  • Users can create an optional account using email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In
  • An account allows you to access your subscription on multiple devices
  • One active subscription can be used across multiple devices when signed in with the same account
  • Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App is the exclusive property of Kidolino LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws:

  • All graphics, characters, illustrations, and animations
  • All sounds, music, and voice recordings
  • All text, educational content, and methodologies
  • All software code and underlying technology

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the App or its content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Kidolino LLC.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for:

  • Personal, non-commercial, educational purposes
  • Lawful purposes in compliance with all applicable laws

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or modify the App or its servers
  • Use the App in any way that could harm, disable, or impair its functionality
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our express written consent
  • Circumvent any security features or access controls

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of educational content

Educational content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes and should not be considered a substitute for professional educational guidance.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KIDOLINO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

  • We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms
  • You may stop using the App at any time
  • Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
  • Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Georgia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
